The world and the europe champions in the exclusive interview for the Israel Site of Rhythmic Gymnastics

The RG Russian team, among which the world champion, Olga Kapranova, and the Europe champion, Vera Sessina together with Marina Shpekht, accompanied by the coaches have chosen to spend the annual holiday in Israel. The Israel Site of Rhythmic Gymnastics staff joined their trip in Jerusalem and interviewed the women behind the great names of Rhythmic Gymnastics

You are members of the best team in the world- Russia's team, how do you feel about this and how do you perceive it, each of you personally?

Vera Sessina:

I think, that to be a member in the strongest team in the world is difficult, because it is necessary, constantly, to support this level. We need to work very hard and all the time, try to achieve first places and good results - and it is very difficult.

Olga, maybe you could add something to what Vera said?

Olga Kapranova:

I agree with Vera, to be a gymnast is a very difficult and responsible job, but at the same time is very rewarding and all gymnasts that train and perform for Russia’s team are, also proud to be from Russia.

What is your weekly schedule? Do you have a free time and if you do, how do you spend it?
